Calder Carol Festival Workshops
A free workshop based mostly around some of the Yorkshire tunes to While Shepherds Watched their Flocks by Night.

Carol Dancing (can be done sitting down)
Friday 11 December 10:45 am - 11:45 am Mytholm Court Lounge (side door entrance of car park to Mytholm Meadows HX7 6DX). This free workshop, run by Madeleine Russell and Susan Edgley, will use easy circle dances with a carol theme, either standing or sitting down. We will also sing some carols.

The Nativity Quest Family Celebration
People can “drop-in” to this free event or come for the whole time from 2 pm to 3:30 pm. There will be lots of fun activities. Children are encouraged to come dressed as one of the nativity characters and to bring a set of nativity figures, if they have one, to put on temporary display with others including the white and gold set from Mexico that is involved in the Nativity Quest around Hebden Bridge shops.

Gold Frankincense and Myrrh
There will be a variety of activities at this free all-age workshop to celebrate Epiphany or the Day of the Kings except, if you read the Biblical story, there were unlikely to have been any “kings” visiting the “stable”.
